Single Coaching 1:1 ‘Inspiration’ session

This 1.5 hour call with me is where we explore whatever is in your heart.

My 1:1 coaching programs are for women who are ready to break free from the box they are currently living in. This is for the woman who wants to experience joy & flow every day, along with more confidence, self-love and to deeply connect with themselves.

I can’t wait to guide you through your transformation. It’s amazing what can be accomplished when someone is 100% there for you as I will be.

3 Month Coaching Program - 1:1 Sessions.

I will guide you as we connect to your heart so you can step into your power. Together we will release your fears, break through what has been holding you back and create rituals and practices that will move you forward. Mind 2 Body Coaching is for the woman who is ready to shift her mindset so she can live fearlessly and be full of love towards herself and then towards others, and be who she wants to be from the inside-out.

A Complimentary Consult – A 30-45 minute consult where we dive right into what you want from the coaching sessions and from me as your coach. I answer all your questions about the coaching sessions and my methods. We decide if we’re a good fit and explore all your desires and goals.
​
A Pre-Coaching Questionnaire – This helps us both gain clarity about what’s going on in your life. This is an opportunity for you to start digging deep and to begin your coaching journey with honesty. It’s amazing the clarity you receive from writing down all that you want to achieve and what’s holding you back.
​
Coaching Calls - Six sessions via Zoom or Skype, we meet every 2 weeks for 1.5 hours.
​
Weekly Homework - Put your insights and practices into action. Ensure that you’re making progress towards your goal/s by completing action steps that are both internal and external.
​
Resources - You will receive online resources that are only available for private clients. I will also create worksheets that are completely tailored to your needs.
​
Unlimited Support - Between sessions, I am available to serve you in any way I can via text or E-mail, as often as you need. I hold you accountable to your goals, talk you through any obstacles you are overcoming between sessions and help and guide you to move forward.
​
Typed Post-Session Notes - I will send you a document with key points from our session, and breakthroughs you had and action steps to complete.
Your Investment - $500 AUD per month.
